By creating an account, subscribing to a series, or sharing a public subscription page you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Super Sessions.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of entering into a binding agreement. Keep your credentials secure and promptly notify us of unauthorized use.
Creators connect their own Stripe accounts. All billing, renewals, refunds, and disputes are handled directly through Stripe under the creator’s connected account. Super Sessions does not store payment card numbers.
Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity, including spam, malware distribution, or attempts to interfere with platform security. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Creators retain ownership of their series content. You grant Super Sessions the rights necessary to host, transmit, and process that content to provide the service. Super Sessions retains all rights to the platform software, trademarks, and branding.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid (if any) during the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
