We collect account and profile information, subscriber contact details, billing identifiers from Stripe, device and log data, and support communications. We do not store raw payment card numbers.
Data is used to provide and improve the service, process subscriptions, send transactional emails, protect against abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about updates.
We share data with vendors that help operate the platform—such as Stripe for payments, Mailgun for email, hosting providers, and analytics tools. These partners act on our behalf and must protect the data. We never sell personal information.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain personal information for as long as an account remains active or as required for legal and compliance purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
You may access, update, or delete certain information by contacting support@supersessions.io. Subscribers can unsubscribe via email links, and creators can disconnect Stripe or delete series data from the dashboard.
If you access the service from outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other countries that may not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction.
